Are you looking for a great affordable apartment in the heart of downtown? I work with local landlords that have units available in the East Village & Union Square Area. 

Please email me details such as what length of time you're looking to rent, your price range (units range from $2500 for a one bedroom with a large living room, to $3000 for a two bedroom. I am a local property manager and have access to no-fee local rentals.

I generally rent starting from the 1st, though in some circumstances I do rent with a mid-month start or end date (the 15th). I work with a few landlords in the area so I'm sure I can find you a place.
